We are pleased to offer a return policy on all Unopened product. Please inspect your hair order and insure your completely satisfied before installing, coloring,or altering hair in anyway. After purchase you have 3 business days after delivery to submit an return/exchange request. All request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We find that we have very low return rates , but we do understand that there may be a case in which you need to return/exchange your order and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
*Note- If the seal is broken or removed from the hair, hair is used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in anyway all returns/exchanges will be voided. *Due to health regulations,hygiene concerns, and the nature of the product, United States Federal law prohibits human hair products to be returned that have been used or installed.*All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are deemed as FINAL. There are no refund/exchange on any items purchased during a sale.

How do I track my package?
You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In circumstances, this tracking number is not a step by step tracking rather a delivery confirmation.
What if my hair is not the right color?
If you would like to send your hair back for a refund/exchange you may do so as long as the security seals are not broken and they have not been opened or worn.

How do I know which color to choose?
If you are unsure on which color will match you, fell free to send us a email @ firstname.lastname@example.org of your hair taken outside in the natural light and we would love to color match you.
My hair is on backorder, can I still purchase?
Yes, you can certainly can! Placing and order will reserve your hair for you and once we’re back in stock we will send it out to you right away.
Can my hair be dyed?
Our hair is 100% human hair. We do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist before dying. Dyeing hair may lead to shortening the lifespan of your hair and possibly cause damage if not done correctly. Please keep in mind that if you choose to dye your hair it is done at your own risk.
Can I use styling tools on my hair?
Yes you can! We also always recommend using heat protectant spray.
Can I wash my hair?
Absolutely! We recommend staying away from shampoos with sulfates in them and use hydrating conditioners. * Leave-in conditioners and heat protectants will prolong the lifespan of the hair.
How often to wash my hair?
ONLY wash your hair when it seems like it’s ABSOLUTELY necessary. Unlike hair on your scalp, the hair doesnt receive natural oil as your real hair does.
How long does your hair usually last?
The lifespan of our hair is determined by how the hair is cared for and maintained.
